I have the right to decline a request.

Proper credit must be given when it is due. (ex. in your Twitch/Twitter profiles or post)

Models are for personal-use as in streaming or creating videos. Commercial fees are required for advertisements, marketing, or product placement and must be discussed with me prior.

Commissions are non-refundable once the sketch has been approved. 100% of payment will be refunded if I have not started on the commission. If I have already started on the sketch, only 90% of payment will be refunded.

Three revisions max-- more revisions are subjected to additional costs. After the model is past the line art & color phase only minor revisions are allowed.

Modifications or individual sale of the art/model are not allowed unless you communicate with me first and I have approved of it.

Models are delivered within 1-3 months depending on the model type and details. Deadlines must be discussed prior to ordering as a rush fee may be required.

All models will be delivered as rig-ready .psd files.

Standard expressions are included for all models (happy, sad, and angry).

All prices listed are base prices. If a model is highly detailed additional cost may vary.

Must have reference sheet ready, I am not offering designs yet.
